The HERZ DN25 Pressure Independent Control Valve (PICV) with actuator is designed to deliver precise, reliable, and energy-efficient flow control in modern heating and cooling systems. By maintaining a constant preset flow rate regardless of pressure fluctuations, the valve ensures optimal system performance and long-term operational stability.


Thanks to its compact design and dezincification-resistant brass body, the HERZ PICV offers durability, corrosion resistance, and easy installation in both new and retrofit applications. Integrated measuring ports enable fast and accurate commissioning, reducing installation time and labor costs.


The valve is supplied with a thermo-motorized actuator (M28 × 1.5, 4 mm stroke), allowing smooth and continuous modulation. This ensures superior comfort control, minimizes energy consumption, and maximizes system efficiency. With a nominal flow rate of up to 2000 l/h, it is ideally suited for a wide range of commercial and residential applications.


HERZ PICVs eliminate the need for complex hydraulic balancing calculations by automatically compensating for differential pressure changes. This prevents over- or under-supply to terminal units such as underfloor heating systems, fan-coil units, air handling units, ceiling heating/cooling panels, and chilled water systems.
